Problem Skin

Problem skin can be a very embarrassing issue that leaves you feeling so self conscious.
I speak from experience as I suffered with bad skin as a teenager and I will never forget how it made me 
feel. 

Unfortunately acne is sometimes hereditary and no matter how healthy you eat or how much water you drink 
it just has to run its course.However, there are some things that can really help clear it up.
1.Dairy
Sometimes acne can be the result of a slight intolerance to a certain type of food.I found by cutting downmy intake of dairy I would notice an improvement straight away.

2.Water
As your skin your largest organ you need to keep it hydrated.Try to drink 2 litres of water a day to keep it looking bright and plump.

3.Stress
Stress can definitely cause your skin to flare up.Stress can be detrimental to your general health. If you are feeling under pressure try find an hour in the day to dedicate to you and do something that you find relaxing.

4.Sleep
Beauty sleep is essential.While you sleep your skin renews itself.New skin cells grow and replace older 
cells.Missing sleep means missing this process.Sleepless nights also result in dark circles, aged and dull skin and stress.8 hours sleep a night should have you glowing.

5.Exfoliate
Using a really gentle exfoliator once a week will prevent clogged pores that can lead to break outs.It is crucial that you only do this once a week as any more won't allow your skin the time it needs to heal

6.Diet
While certain foods cause breakouts some foods can actually be beneficial to your skin.

Broccoli
Eggs
